Southbrook Organic Vineyards

I recently visited Southbrook Vineyards in Niagara-on-the-Lake for the first time, and it was absolutely amazing! The wine was exceptional—each tasting was beautifully balanced and full of character. The atmosphere was just as impressive: peaceful, welcoming, and surrounded by stunning scenery that made the whole experience feel special.
What truly made the visit unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to share insights about the wines and made us feel completely at home.
I’ll definitely be going back again. If you’re looking for a top-notch winery experience in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Southbrook is a must-visit!

I have lived in the Niagara Region for most of my life. I have driven by Southbrook Wineries more times then I can shake a stick at with out ever being enticed to turn in and check it out. Big mistake. Today, on a whim we turned in last minute and decided to try it out. We were greeted at the door by George who (upon hearing it was our first time there) gave us a quick layout of the winery and then escorted us to our seats. Turns out George was also going to be looking after us. He was very kind and incredibly knowledgeable about their wines. He was also very eager to share this knowledge with. Between three of us we sampled 12 different wines and would buy any of them as we enjoyed them all. None of us could recollect this experience at any other winery in our past. Goerge went out of his way to make us feel at home and made my mother in law feel extra special for her birthday.
If you are looking for a winery with great atmosphere, fantastic wine then I would highly recommend Southbrook. If you want your experience to be extra special, ask to have George look after you. We will be going again and bringing friends.
P.S. I don't know George personally or anyone at Southbrook. It was just that good.

We have been visiting this winery 2 years ago on the suggestion of our son and his wife. The visit was wonderful. These people are wine passionate and bio/eco friendly.
The tasting menu was an amazing experience. I absolutely recommend it. You are doing a wine tour, do not miss Southbrook.
And I ordered their Thanksgiving pack to receive it the next day.
Their customer service is excellent as the rest. We truly recommend this excellent wineyard.

I love this place!! Really nice inside and outside. Sitting on the Muskoka chair, looking over the winery and having amazing wine and charcuterie was little vacation for us.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed their wine a lot especially I liked the Rose. We purchased some bottles. We will come back again.

Southbrook has delicious, natural, well thought out wines, served by excellent staff in a very fine vineyard & shop. Long, great track record: one of our faves!

We had a wonderful experience thanks to George, who introduced us to the wine list and gave excellent recommendations. The Poetica 2020 was amazing, and we also got to try an orange wine, which turned out to be great. The facility is cozy and very welcoming. Bill kindly stopped by our table to check if everything was okay, which we appreciated. We look forward to returning in the fall or winter. Cheers!

Whimsy La nuit Thombante is a must try. It comes in dessert category.

Had a lovely visit at Southbrook winery just before the Aug long weekend. Beautiful facility with delicious wine and personable staff.

Cynthia was a true gem. Very knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us try options that were suited for what we were looking for. She also had great suggestions for the area in general.

There is lots of great wine in the Niagara region but it’s truly employees like her that set the tone for the experience and keep you wanting to come back.
