This is located inside a historic hotel. We came here for high tea in the afternoon and it is an amazing experience. The portion is giant for my small tummy that they already prepared boxes for you. The earl grey tea tastes great and the food makes me forget my stress. The atmosphere feels comfortable and nice for a girl's talk in the afternoon. Don't miss to walk around that there are tons of great portrait paintings in the hotel lobby.
I don't know own what to say. I certainly haven't come across any places like it outside of England, for which this emulates very well. Clean, with courteous staff and a lovely atmosphere. The food doesn't look like much, but it adds up quick and fills you up, so, bring your appetite or expect a to-go bag.
I liked the enclosed patio-like area best, and will always get the cheese platter add on, it just goes so well with the variety of fruit.

Thoroughly pleased with Julia’s great and professional service. We had a wonderful afternoon tea and got many great recommendations for things to do in and around Niagara Falls for our trip. We shared The Royal Tea (more of a traditional afternoon tea) and His Royal Highness Tea (charcuterie + cheese) which worked great because we got to try a bit of everything. Everything was delicious and well presented, and the space was lovely, clean and well decorated.
