They are the worse customer service , we show up and sign up on a waiting list they told us wait for at lease one hour, after waiting almost one hour they denied to accept us with any excuse, they didn’t what us there, technically they suggest us to go somewhere else. This is completely unacceptable.

Finally booked a reservation as this place is always busy and the reviews looked good. Went with my dad and had fish and chips and a burger and fries. The fish was greasy, soggy and overcooked. The fries tasted like they were definitely frozen. The burger was dry with rotten lettuce and a single thin slice of tomato. The only thing decent was the beer and service. The prices are way too high for what they're serving. They initially sat us in the quieter "side room" which seems like an afterthought... we asked to be moved to the main bar area, where they sat us near the kitchen entrance-- whatever ambiance the place could've had is ruined by the constantly loud flopping opening and closing of the two-way kitchen doors. There has to be a better building solution than those two ridiculousdoors... I get it's always kind of a busy place, but wow, that was an absolutely brutal experience. It's laughable that we had to book a reservation for that level of mediocrity. We decided to leave and go elsewhere instead of having my mother and wife join us after their shopping. Wouldn't recommend and definitely wouldn't repeat.

Lively pub/restaurant, playing irish music, crowded even for a Thursday night. Service is a bit slow, but not bad. We had the chicken pot pie, pretty good. Overall, I'd come back.

Was told waiting time is 30-40 minutes. Wasted 90 minutes in waiting list. Not been sitted and no apology!
Absolute shame. Been here before, the food is fine/mediocre. But this type of service is not okay.

There reservation policy is quite frustrating. You call and it says we keep some spaces open for walk-ins we were there at 4 30 and they said they had nothing till 9 30... now I don't know, but those are kinda contradicting statements. Also the host made us feel a little naive for thinking we could get a space. I think some transparency wouldn't go a miss. Now I have been previously and the food is always fine, not the best portion sizes but good.
