Peach pastry was amazingš I don't know the official name but almost half peach was in the pastry. Since we loved it so much, we stopped by the next morning to bring back home. Unfortunately, it sounded like that was a random deal and they didn't make it again. Latte was good and beautiful, and the girl at the counter was sweet as well. Please make Peach pastries again. We may drive 3.5 hours from the U.S.!?
Delicious food. Great coffee. Great service. What else do you need? Well they serve beer too, so they have everything you need!
I would highly recommend stopping here for a coffee and a snack!
Tried a few different slices here ā grape pie, chocolate cream pie, and strawberry rhubarb ā and they were all excellent! The standout for me was definitely the strawberry rhubarb pie. Unfortunately, the coffee was a letdown. It was much too bitter for my taste, and I couldnāt finish it. That said, Iād definitely come back for the pies... theyāre worth it!
I had the best ham and cheese croissant that I had ever eaten.
Amazing pastries and coffee. The ham and cheese croissant was perfection.
The food was amazing. We stopped for breakfast and the pastry was so tasty
Wildly overpriced
Best grilled cheese sandwich Iāve ever had!
Spectacular!
Absolutely loved our visit to The Pie Plate in Virgil ā what a gem! From the moment we arrived, Lolaās warm and thoughtful service made us feel right at home. She welcomed us with a smile and a refreshing glass of cucumber water, which was the perfect touch on a summer day.
The food was fantastic ā the pepperoni pizza had a perfectly crisp crust and bold, savoury flavour. The salmon croissant sandwich was buttery, fresh, and beautifully balanced, and the quiche was light, creamy, and full of goodness. Every bite tasted homemade and full of care.
The iced coffee was also a standout ā smooth, bold, and refreshing without being too sweet.
Between the cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and Lolaās incredible hospitality, it was one of the best stops weāve made in Niagara. Highly recommend!

Go for the fruit pie. Our peach apple pie was great. Would have bought bread too if they had a slicer.
Unreal bakery on top of a great Airbnb. Everything we tried was of international quality.
We ordered the artichoke tart and the ham and cheese sandwich. It was a bit chaotic when we arrivedāthere was no clear line, and some customers who came in after us were served before us. We were in a bit of a rush, so that was frustrating. That said, the person at the counter was very kind, and the food was decent for the price. Itās a place weād return to. Unfortunately, we didnāt get the chance to try one of their fruit tarts, but weāre planning to next time.
Strawberry Matcha š
