Drinks were good and service was amazing. Just stopped for drinks and an appetizer.

This was a lovely meal to celebrate my parents’ 51st anniversary as well as Father’s Day and a belated Mother’s Day. The food was delicious (we shared the breads and spreads and all had the steak meal—perfectly done!) and the service was wonderful. During dessert, our server (Kevin) brought us four complimentary glasses of Prosecco to celebrate.

Lovely place to have cozy dinner experience. Place is not crowded and pretty quiet 🤐
Food is good but there is more room for improvement. Spaghetti with tomato sauce felt lack of flavour. Tomato sauce needs to be more bright and flavour supported by spices and salt. The one we had was pretty blank and can be simply described as “just a plain tomato”. Chicken Cordon-Bleu is a decent main course option. The only thing we’re missing is cheese in it since “Cordon Bleu Hen” must have both ham and cheese. Also veggies were blank as well. Big contrast between flavourful chicken and zero-taste veggies 😞

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting Tiara Restaurant once again for their delightful Sunday Brunch. As always, it was a truly wonderful experience. The spring sunshine made for a cheerful day, but every visit to Tiara feels perfect—rain, snow, or shine.

This time, it was just the two of us, seated at a lovely window table overlooking the garden patio and the serene Niagara River. The gentle presence of birds, passing yachts, blooming flowers, and warm sunshine, paired with the delicious food and the exceptionally kind-hearted service from Gerardo, created yet another unforgettable memory.

A special mention to the seasonal addition of freshly shucked oysters—they were incredibly sweet and creamy.

Thank you to the entire Tiara team for making our day so special!

Last night was the most disappointing dining experience I've ever had. First I'd like to clarify, the service staff and atmosphere are great- 5 star. The FOOD was unbelievably sub-par. I can't believe I paid over $100 (1 main course and 1 dessert after a 20% tip) for ingredients that tasted like they cost the establishment no more than $6. I and 3 of my family members had their "Artic Char". It was tiny, flavorless, likely cooked from frozen and covered in a sauce and garnish that were mediocre at best. We were all disappointed with it. My sister-in-law had their beef tenderloin- mediocre. Appetizers and desserts - also mediocre. Their Cornish Hen was the only half-decent dish according to a family member. All I have to say is it's clear the restaurant is skimping on the quality of its ingredients for its bottom line. I understand inflation is making things difficult for restaurants, but compared to the quality you can expect at other comparably-priced restaurants this was unacceptable.

The breakfast buffet at the Tiara (Oct. 16, 2024) was strangely not up to the Vintage Hotel Standards. The cheese/charcuterie choices consisted of one item each. There was no omelette station. The orange juice had fruit flies in it. The French toast was salty, soggy and overheated. The syrup was crystallized and therefore not tasty. The smoked salmon was not eatable or even recognizable. I could go on… I would suggest to pick a different restaurant for breakfast. The service and ambiance were, however, great.

We had a great evening at the Tiara Restaurant. Our server Lucas was the best. Not only did he have great recommendations but he never made us feel rushed throughout our meal. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

Stopped in for lunch before attending the Shaw Festival. They accommodated our time line and offered a free shuttle to the theatre.

Ate at Tiara Restaurant for the 3rd time on Saturday Sept 14. The atmosphere is awesome on the outdoor patio; you can see the water and America off in the distance. I had the Fish Taco's which were perfect for lunch, other guests at my table had the cheeseburger and Cobb Salad; we had no complaints.

The food quality was very good, good selection, it included eggs Benedict an omelet station, fresh roast beef, a good choice of seafood and salads and a delicious dessert bar. My wife had the bottomless mimosas which made her happy. Our server was a man by the name of Arthur, not only was he a gentleman but he was also very patient and attentive. Guys like that are worth their weight in gold. They turn a meal into an experience to come back again, again, and again. I would highly recommend this restaurant to you for the Sunday brunch as it is very pleasant experience.

My husband ordered the steak and I had the chicken and both meals were delicious. I would recommend this restaurant as the meal was enjoyable, the service was a little slow but acceptable and the decor was pleasant.

We celebrated our 9th Anniversary and enjoyed the Theatre Dinner. Beautifully situated just off the Niagara River, we sat on the patio and enjoyed the 3 course dinner. Our server was so attentive and friendly and the good was so good. We are local so there was no need to stay, but the hotel looked very inviting. Was definitely worth every penny.
