Absolutely garbage service 10 minutes for a London fog and can't even get it right
They served me raw chicken in my chicken bacon ranch wrap. I got a refund but still how do you screw up a chicken finger. Also previously came for a farmers wrap and was told they didn’t have any? That is like their most popular again, again how?
They don’t have any egg options in the store. But if you order online then for picking up we realize that. Very inconvenient

I order food online but order is processed online but they have nothing at place no cheese no breads and waiting there for more then 20 minutes for may order at the end they said me we need to refund you they waste my time and I missed my class for my order I recommend everyone don’t go this time many time you order stef tea but they made wrong code for you

Orders were running 20 min late and I didn’t get my coffee due to class. Very disappointing.
I had a very disappointing experience with Simoon. From the moment I walked in, she was unprofessional, dismissive, and downright rude. She made no effort to assist or communicate in a respectful manner.Her attitude was condescending, and it was clear that customer service was not a priority for her.
I would not recommend dealing with Simoon if you're looking for a positive experience. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management takes note.

I really had a bad experience with your employee simmon or what ever her name,she don’t know how to behave with customers. I have a request to the manager or owner to give her proper training and teach her how to serve good and quality service to the customers. Moreover,i saw her with same behaviour with others too and i came forward to share my experience and honestly, its the worst experience , I never had this experience before.

Ordered a farmers breakfast sandwich on everything bagel and found out they forgot to put the hashbrown in it.
Hit and miss when getting what you need from here some employees are great but it seems some employees need more training.
