Very friendly and informative and every style of beer, wine and spirit you can imagine. I'm partial to the brewery where they're able to take you into the teaching brewery and answer any question you have.
Rick helped us and was an amazing person! Rick was able to sit down with us, explain all our our wine and beer choices and help us pair why would be best. Rick was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and even more so attentive - we ended up forgetting a few bottles we had bought at the tasting centre, unfortunately. The next morning we called and Rick picked up, remembering our names and EXACTLY what we had got. He even remembered our names and our preferences in regard to our tastings...read full review

The Teaching Brewery at Niagara College gives you the opportunity to try brews from the next generation of craft brewers. They offer beer and cider at the bottle shop and tastings in the cozy taproom. Our host, Max, was very helpful and informative. The Teaching Brewery has both recurring brews (the "101" series) as well as custom brews made by students. I am a new fan of the cider (Cider 101) and the Cherry cider (Taylor Road Cider) and brought home several of each.Thanks Max!
