Treadwell is a regular stop for us on weekend getaways to the NOTL area. The3 food and service is normally outstanding. It is a very small location which allows you to see the kitchen preparing dishes for restaurant and the wait staff is very attentive. The menu is very small, but usually seasonally focused and creative. The cocktails are OK (although not why we go there) and the wine recommendations are usually spot on.
This was our second trip to Treadwell. They did not disappoint, the food and service were terrific.
Absolutely incredible food. Briar was our server- maybe the best service we've ever had. Could not have been more helpful or accommodating of us and our infant. Absolutely will return.
This was our first time to visit Niagara on the Lake, so our first time to Treadwell also. We will definitely return to both! The food was delicious and we both had so much we couldn't finish. We shared two appetizers (the beet salad and the prosciutto and pear with cheese) and they were fantastic. For mains, my husband had the fish and chips which was great and I had the ricotta gnocci with butternut squash - the gnocci were so light and airy. Our server was superb along with the sommelier who brought our drinks. We will definitely be back!
Treadwell never disappoints.. the Sommelier is helpful the servers attentive and the open kitchen clean and orderly
Cocktails were over iced Food was not exceptional as we experienced in the past We travel 50 minutes each way to have a nice lunch Not anymore
my decision to eat there was based on your ketogenic friendly diet. I had eggs Benedict, just didnt eat the bun!
Really great experience for brunch, server was solid and sincere compliments to the kitchen -- creative and delicious -- would certainly recommend and go again
Fantastic evening. Staff were so welcoming and accommodating! We chose the wine pairing which amplified to the 5 star experience. So fun!
Nous étions aux premières loges pour voir les cuisiniers travailler avec grande passion et professionnalisme. Les assiettes sont généreuses et la présentation est très soignée. Les goûts sont présents, digne d'un grand restaurant gastronomique, le service est impeccable. Merci beaucoup!

An fabulous experience from start to finish! The staff were engaging and lovely. The wine list was extensive and the menu options were fantastic. The sourdough was super to begin. Then the appetizers ... the beef tartare was one of the very best we have had and the roasted beetroot with whipped goat cheese was AMAZING - seriously who a vegetable could be so decadent (even sinful)! Chef, WOW! The mains kept the good things coming, the roasted sirloin of lamb and the beef feature with mushrooms were excellent. We opted for a beautiful bottle of Bordeaux to accompany our dinner. The sommelier was knowledgeable and personable. For dessert we had the molasses pudding which was so so good, like a cozy warm sweet hug on a chilly fall night! It would seem that all of team Treadwell love what they are doing and it certainly shows! Thank you for an exceptional evening!
Everything was impeccable! We will go back and were very pleased with the whole experience.
We had a nice anniversary dinner at the counter. Lamb was really good as were the tomatoes. Gnocchi was a huge portion and very rich. Somm pouring the wine pairings was awesome and let us explore some really great Niagara wines.
Menu emphasizes local products and wines. Everything was delicious and service was outstanding!
Came here for my birthday dinner as a solo diner and it was decent. The food was great, didn't opt for the wine pairing as I had been drinking wine all day in the surrounding wineries. I enjoyed my food choices too.
