Cutest coffee shop. A must stop in Niagara on the Lake

Terrible service… I ordered a coffee and a gelato. Got the ice cream and I was waiting on the coffee. She calls my order, I proceed to the counter to collect and she pulls back the coffee and asks if I ordered two items. I said yes and then she proceeds to ask her colleague and check the bill before handing me the coffee without any apology. She behaved as though as I was trying to steal the order. They definitely get a thumbs down 👎

The iced coffee was amazing, and the aroma of the store was wonderful. The barista working there was helpful.

Been shopping here over 15 years, mostly in store but recently online. I love going here whenever I visit NOTL. Their coffees are widely varied and their teas are great quality. Love their rewards program too!

Nice variety of teas and coffees that are prepackaged to sell. They also have a drink counter where you can purchase a drink for take out.

I tried their Lemon Green Tea which was very nice so much so that I bought a bag of loose tea to bring home.

We were served quickly by the two young ladies working at the coffee bar but It was difficult to get help in the store side even though there were a lot of more people working. After spending some time looking, we found our own bag of loose tea.

The store is great, many varieties of tea. However, the attention leaves much to be desired.

Worked there for almost 4 years. The people in there will become your best friends and the job and work environment is great and hard to find anywhere else. Lovely managers and overall just a great place. Best teas and coffee you’ll find in the area. 10/10 recommended.

Stopped in to get a tea and latte to start the day. My wife liked her tea but my latte was a disaster. The first indication was the temperature. It was way hotter than a latte should be (60-70c). Very, very bitter. 2 small sips and had to throw it away. Not sure what happened.

Truly enjoy this store. Wonderful selection of tea and coffee and accessories and gifts. One of the main reasons we come to Niagara on the lake to stock up. Staff friendly and helpful and the decor is welcoming.

Largest selection of decaf flavored coffee I've ever seen! Also hundreds of herbal, wellness and just plain delicious teas!!!
