Fancy coffee and tea bags and small cafe area for coffee/tea to go
Best coffee on the lake
This place is amazing. There is a huge selection of teas and coffee, and they all smell great!
A large selection of coffees!
Great asdortments of coffee and teas
Coffee and Tea , don't miss Victoria
I visited the actual store a few times and was quite impressed with the varieties of coffee and tea. Store smells nice and has a nostalgic feel.
I'm not a typical flavoured coffee person, as I often found them too artifical tasting. However after trying some from this place, there are a few that I really like such as the Mudslide, Jamaica Me Crazy, Victoria's Secret (even the decaffeinated version is good). The flavours mostly remain genuine after coffee is brewed. Their Sumatra coffee is also nice, not too acidic.
Mail ordered a few bags at the beginning of the week and by mid week, they arrived, nicely packed and in very good condition. I have had their teas as well but found them slightly weaker to my taste. Even the Assam which is supposed to be a bold flavour, I have to put a lot of tea leaves into the pot. But coffee and tea is a very personal thing, I just like stronger tea.
Their staff members are good but they can get overwhelmed in the busy seasons / weekends and the cash register area can get a bit chaotic.
Visited this shop on our trip from Australia purchase coffee beans for home, lovely coffee beans there snicker doodle bean ๐ amazing worth the visit.Wish I had bought more.
I try to stop into Victoria teas a few times a year. Their peppermint tea is by far my favorite herbal from any brand. I love chatting with the staff and, as so many others have noted, the store smells insanely wonderful. The cafe options are good as well.
As someone who does not like coffee I do find their cafe coffee a bit too bitter for me, I'd love a lighter roast option. BUT my partner does not have the same issue and enjoys them very much. If you are interested in trying a tea before purchasing a bag, check out the cafe. Many of their tea options are available there.
Now, the only reason I am giving 4 stars is simply because the pricing for tea is very high. In 2024 it was $16/17 a bag of loose leaf for the peppermint. The price is now around $20 a bag. I have to imagine this is not the fault of the owners and more likely the fault of some international fluctuation in shipping costs. I will still support this store of course, but likely not as frequently as before in my tea purchases.
That being said, the selection is wonderful for tea and coffee, staff are warm and inviting, cafe is bitchin' and everyone should check it out!
Coffee was fantastic but the smell of the store alone is worth the visit. Smells magical!

We were loyal customers for over 15 years, shopped in person several times a year and also had orders shipped to us in the US. My husband called because he was having trouble placing an online order, the clerk got nasty with him and refused to ship to US.
I called, they said it was because of the tariffs. I offered to pay any additional costs associated with shipping to us. She got nasty with me as well and was rude and unprofessional. I finished the call letting her know that they lost loyal customers. Found a cleaner American based coffee that actually has more flavor so win for us!
Worst customer service experience by Janet. I picked out 3 teapots and a teacup that was clearly broken and glued back together. I brought them to the counter. I asked if these were display models and if they had other stock. I was met with a cold stare and a huff. When I asked to see the stock in the back, Janet demanded I put everything back into the display. I wasn't even done selecting my teapot. I was shocked and repeated her request to confirm what she wanted. Her response was, well you're the one that moved them. I was disgusted and left. It ruined the rest of my shopping day. I sent you a message on Instagram. EDIT 1: And the Google response from the owner is fitting to the type of establishment this is. Too bad, should you have contacted me privately on IG we could've sorted this out. Now it's public. See the purple teacup on your display shelf. EDIT 2: They tried to delete their response. I added the response in a pic.
Bought matcha, bad quality smelled fishy, worst matcha ever tried. Cappuccino was average not worth the hype.
Pastries were good.
Staff is friendly but don't expect a fine single origin coffee
Great selection of teas. Due to the current situation here in the U.S., they are no longer shipping here. Come prepared to buy during your visit.
