Espresso was bad!

Pistachio gelato was anything but not a pistachio.

I don’t recommend to try!

The coffee of the day is disaster

Lots of variety of teas and coffees to choose from. I make the drive from niagara falls to get my coffee here. A bit more pricy than other places but worth it. Owner is very friendly. Gave my son a treat when we were there.

Just opened the tea we bought while on vacation to find a cat hair in the mix. Makes us question the sanitary practices of the store.

It's ok. Packaged teas over priced and very little tea in the bags...if you like weak tea. OK. If you buy actual tea from England and Ireland it's nice and strong and the bags have twice as much tea in them. Better price too, even imported. Coffee variety great if you like flavored coffee. You can get a cup of one of the 6 or so big thermos poured varieties made fresh. Baked goods not very good. Older ladies in the store watch you like a hawk and make you feel like your going to steal something! Yikes, back off sisters.

An amazing selection of coffees and teas, the cutest tea pots, and a rewards program. We stock up every couple of months.

Lovely little store for both the tea (the rest of the family) and coffee (me) enthusiast - all in one location! Thats not usual, its usually one or the other! Store personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable and gave wonderful suggestions. Came away with some tasty and fragrant new drinks for home.

Very nice coffee and tea house. I was overwhelmed with the variety. It was quite impossible to decide what I wanted. I settled on these two. I wished I picked up more though. The staff were quite friendly and inviting. I hope to comeback again and try more coffee.

Very friendly staff gave treats to our doggy, that’s why we ended up bought so many things from here?😅 Well, they really have good variety of teas and coffees which hardly to find elsewhere. Beside this shop has everything you need related to tea and coffee making …..eg; teapot, coffee maker, filter, teacup, plates etc. Beside it has a cafe corner serving variety of hot tea and coffee

Good tea house, well stocked with variety of teas and coffees. The prices however have gone through the roof lately, we've been shopping there every 3 months for 10 years at least, spending several hundred dollars at a time and won't be coming back just because of that...there are plenty of tea houses in my area with prices almost half of these....sad really, we tried to patron this place for as long as we could, time to move on to a more reasonable location....

Smells delicious in here with unique coffee options, but not pleased I just stood here for 10 minutes while the girl was putting labels on coffee bags, without even a “I’ll be right with you” or any acknowledgment of my presence, just to be told she can’t put ice in my coffee, with an attitude like I was wasting her time. Simple kindness or even a “hello” could’ve made up for the fact that you wouldn’t make an iced coffee! Should probably do a refresher in customer service if you’re going to work in a tourist town.

A good smelling place.

Bought a cup of coffee - tasted like water with milk, worse than tim hortons nowadays. Was very surprised since it is such a nice place, and smell like real coffee shop. Bought few bags - hope we didn't just wasted money....

The selection for the beans is there but their cold brew coffee is absolutely horrible. Burnt, sour, straight out of piss water. The best part was that they sell it for $7. Literally sipped three times and threw it right in the garbage. What a shame for the beans.

I have high tolerance for bad tasting coffee since I live on coffee and I need to sometimes get coffee from timmies... but this place has exceeded all my expectations of how bad coffee can be made. I really doubt they even clean their machines.

Horrid. Never again. Only pretty place, trash brewing.
