This is such a joyful little place! Great selection at affordable prices. We got a collection of little cakes for our Thanksgiving dessert spread, and everyone wanted to try a little bit of each. Delicious!

The best gingersnap (can't recall the actual name of the cookie) I have wver eaten. Super cute little pastry shop with delicious croissants and amazing cakes.

Their cakes are overpriced and mediocre at best.

The Niagara region inspectors say Willow “Failed to protect food from contamination or adulteration”, and fined $580. That says enough.

Upvote so more people see this.

The pastries was alright, the coffee was absolutely disgusting, and the service wasn’t too great either

I thought this was a cute spot until the person serving me used their bare hand to put a piece of cake on a plate for me. He didn’t even use gloves to pick it up or a utensil. I didn’t see him wash his hands. Not appropriate at all. I walked out.

Close to my rental very nice selection of baked goods and breads. The things I bought were delicious.

I frequently pass by there and never miss to have a coffee. I love the coffee, I’m originally German and I know what I’m talking about. The pastries are exceptional and the cakes beautiful. I always order an almondine tart and it’s to die for. The price is good too. Cappuccino and pastry $7 which is very reasonable for NOTL.

Thank you to the wonderful team at Willow for making our gorgeous three tier cake for our Wedding at Kurtz Orchards this past June. Each flavour was delicious and the piping was perfect! We look forward to ordering many more cakes to mark special occasions from you in the years to come.

Hardly and beef, and a lot of Mao in the sandwich. One very thin slice of beef. Not worth the $7.00 I paid.

Tried the scones and almond crescent
Both delicious. I think apple cinnamon and cheddar and herbs are my favourite scones by far!

I ordered (last minute) a wedding cake and 6 dozen cupcakes from Willow Cakes, they did not disappoint. 3 dozen lemon and 3 dozen chocolate cupcakes with beautiful flowers piped in icing onto them. The cake was strawberry cream flavored with hand piped flowers decorating the sides. They must use real strawberries in the filling. Everything was SO fresh, we’re eating the cake a week later and it’s still delicious.

Hello,
I was most disappointed in the service today. When I pointed out that the price on the shelf was different and less than the till price , I was told too bad. Nothing can be done. At first the server argued with me that the extra was due to tax. I rightfully explained that cookies in pks of 6 are not taxable she further argued with me that the "manager has left already". She was unable to even be pleasant. I found her quick and off the cuff remarks rude. Plain and simple.
I was always under the impression that the posted price must be adhered to. At least reputable establishments operate this way.
