We were very disappointed in our meals and customer service tonight. The pickerel was tasteless, no lemon or condiments provided, the seasonal (frozen) veggies were soggy & tasteless. The chicken tasted and had texture of tofu, roasted potatoes were frozen hash browns smothered in rosemary and veggies were soggy. I couldn’t eat my chicken meals. Our party of 12 was easily managed by our server Corinne who added many personal touches that completed a memorable evening.
I assume the restaurant was busy because we could not sit on the patio with our group & I did expect service to be slow because we had 6 adults & 5 kids but waiting for 2.5 hours to get finally served & eat to get out of there was painful with a bunch of kids.
There was flakes in our water of who knows what so we asked for replacement water which again came with flakes in it. So we opted to just not drink the water. Two of our kids meals came 5 minutes before a second batch...read full review
