Great place to get a coffee and bagel in the morning! However, the employees all seem pretty miserable, and it's no wonder with one of the managers constantly yelling and barking at them. Really unpleasant person that brings not only her employees down but the customers as well. It's sad to see people just trying to get by on minimum wage having their work lives made miserable by such a batty woman.
We frequently visit this Tim Hortons as we live in the area. My order is wrong more often than it is right. After another wrong order today I finally decided to write a review.I received my order and asked if my wrap was marked so I knew which one had no cheese (we ordered two sausage farmers breakfast wraps). some of the employees are quite rude in drive thru and in the store however there are a few that are pleasant and make sure your order is correct. I appreciate those few when they serve me. The rest need to retire or find a job that is not in customer service
