They always have what I am looking for. Super friendly staff too.
pongo ate his cow ear so fast ❤️
Extremely dirty. Stale products. Unfriendly male staff.
I bought this Indian sauce at Bins & Bins and it is fantastic. It’s a bit on the spicy side so if you like a little spice give this a try.
A great place to get your fed ex packages incase you miss them and a very cool assortment of bulk Barn type of treats
Excellent service, the young lady who helped me with my Amazon return via UPS was so nice.
Mellow acres is an amazing company run by the most caring people! Always happy to answer any questions you have and she treats all the dogs that come in with total adoration ❤️
Very frustrating place to deal with. Hate not shopping local, but it's just so much easier to ship in from down south.
My father tried to send a package to Edmonton Alberta and the staff at North Bay UPS (Bins and Bins) would not assist him. They said he needed a barcode. I just sent a package from the Edmonton UPS store and the clerk made a bar code for me to send the info. The clerk in North Bay sent my 82 year old father away. They sent him to FedEx. FedEx took the package, took the address and sent the package within 5 minutes. Well done FedEx.I tried calling the local UPS store in North Bay and you cannot contact them directly as you are redirected to the central answering service. This team also can not forward you to the local UPS office. I was not even allowed to speak to anyone to lodge a complaint. Absolutely terrible. My wife and I own franchises and we considered investing in UPS. I am so happy we did not. Terrible organization. Disappointing to say the least.

The staff was awful yesterday! The one lady (annoyed cuz I asked where a product) complaining about going for a cigarette and the other man at the cashier asking if I can read because I as standing at the wrong cashier that wasn’t open even tho the previous employee was as standing at the cash serving someone when I walked in. So rude!Wont ever come back and will go to the other store on Mckeon. Very rude and unprofessional!
Extremely friendly staff! Accommodating to people with physical, mental, and developmental disabilities.
Nice place to shop for healthy foods such as dried fruits, nuts and grains. Plus you get a 10% discount if you're a student.
This is a fun place to shop. Everything from baking goods and candy to health foods and dried fruit in bulk. Store has such an amazing selection that it's almost not possible to discover all the treasures in one visit. Staff is very helpful and friendly and I'm always impressed by their knowledge of the products they sell. I'm addicted to the dried apricots, try them at your own risk.
Celiacs beware! Especially of the manager. If you need to eat gluten free, do not trust this stores bulk items. The manager allows flours, etc that may contain wheat and other sources of gluten to be placed for the public to purchase and labels them as gluten-free. He obviously doesn’t know the health impact he is making on his customers. When I told him I couldn’t purchase a large bag of one of the supposed gluten-free flours, he was outright rude to me the next time I visited the store. As a gluten-free baker, I will take my business elsewhere as obviously customer service and understanding of people’s dietary restrictions are not something he cares for. The store does have a nice assortment of pre-packaged gluten-free items that are hard to find, which is nice for this area of the province.
