“Online ordering wasn’t working for so I decided to go into the store to order and I’m so thankful I did! The staff were so kind and patient! I had to try my payment method 3 times before realizing my card was locked. Thankfully the store manager was right there and was so sweet. I got the card issue handled and was able to pay for my order. I got a large pizza, 2 drinks and a dessert! It was prepared quickly and thoroughly! The manager even gave me a discount for all the problems I was having which was so kind of him! While I was waiting for my order the phone must have rang like 10 times and the staff never let it ring more than once per call. I am so impressed by how clean the store is and how amazing the staff are! GREAT JOB GUYS AND THANKS FOR HELPING A STRUGGLING GIRL OUT TONIGHT! You made my day/night. Now time for me to dig in haha“
“Food is so perfectly good!!! Shout to their gluten free pumpkin loaf, I don't even need gluten free but I take one all the time. Only downside is it's a pit pricey but for a treat it is just amazing.Vegetarian options: A lot and they are good! Especially their tofu, super crispy and tasty.Dietary restrictions: All kinds of options for different needs, just ask the employees, they are all smiles.Parking: Parking directly at the resto and there is usually available spots, never had an issue.Wheelchair accessibility: I haven't seen any stairs and it's all on the same level. Might just need help with the door since it is really small.“
“Completely ignore any bad review on price. You get what you pay for. Quality ingredients, generous portions and famously delicious flavours. Fed four people on $40 if thats considered expensive then may I suggest sticking to the childrens menu at a fast food drive thru.“
“New York fries conveniently located in Northgate Square at the corner of Fisher and the bypass this shopping mall has a giant Food Court New York frises there I was there today and had a large Poutine extremely delicious and tasty it was a very healthy serving filled me up just right excellent service very friendly with plenty of smiles the mall has a nice atmosphere with plenty of open seating and very clean and tidy when you get a chance try out these fries they're great!!!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes New York fries is wheelchair accessible, and the entire mall is wheelchair-friendly“

“UPDATED (2024):This place has transformed remarkably. My friends and I now dine here every week. They offer vegan choices, catering to my vegan friends' needs. Brian, the staff member, is consistently welcoming and goes above and beyond to accommodate us. All the safety issues I noticed two years ago have been resolved. I'll keep coming here for snacks during our walks. Excellent work! ?---ORIGANL (2022):I have a few safety concerns, First of all while they prepared our food and others they were not wearing hairnets, face masks, or gloves. We ate inside the restaurant and we were not asked for our vaccine receipt or vaccine passport. And finally after customers dinned in they did not wipe or sanitize the tables. I was extremely concerned about my safety and the safety of others, due to the amount of safety rules and laws that were ignored at this location.Vegetarian options: Plant-Based Chicken“
