Just Average food, nothing special here. There is a nice marsh view but not worth a $60 lunch for tacos a cheeseburger and 2 bar drinks. We were looking for a special place but didn’t find it here. Again not a bad place just nothing special.
Nice setting on the marsh. We ate early in the evening so we practically had the place to ourselves. Yummy food and drinks! We started with the She Crab soup and it had nice chunks of crab in a thin, cream based broth. Nice flavor! The fried shrimp were huge with a delicious white horseradish type sauce. Fries were good too! We also had fish tacos with large pieces of fish in them. Got two sides—Brussels sprouts and collards and loved both of them—the collards had a nice tang...
There is no better place to spend a sunny day within easy driving/Uber distance from Savannah's historic district. The location and surroundings are beautiful, the staff is fun and helpful, and they all work as a cohesive team. We were caught off guard by the initial ordering process on arrival, but it actually works out really well. You can always order drinks from the bartender once past the food ordering counter.
