Joey's Seafood Restaurants - North Bay

I sent my son to pick up last night's supper Feb 20 2024. He had the advertisement that said FAMILY PACK FOR $30 . They charged him full price. I went in today and they would not honor tge deal. I had the receipt and advertisement abd no deal. Won't be going there any time soon. NO RECOMMENDATION.

DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE SCAM SCAM !! MONEY STEALERS. the inside is horrendous. this place needs to get new people, a new chef. a few examples of the extremely DISAPPOINTING experience include my friends sweet potato fries and salmon with a side of salad which was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ? and the salmon was RAW. I COULD STILL SMELL THE FUMES of the salmon when it was half eaten. it looks like it was just taken out of the freezer and put in the oven in haste. another point being the service was extremely distasteful and i LITERALLY CRIED just sitting there because when i tried to order i was ignored and i didn’t get my food for SUCH A LONG TIME. I understand the food factor of the food being ready and taking time for a good quality food but all i ordered was a ceaser salad and chicken tenders with fries. another point of the the restaurant is the absolute worst. the hygiene of the place is nasty dusty gross ratchet stanky smelly and musty. the waiter had her hair getting everywhere and had some sort of dandruff or lice LITERALLY CLEARLY SHOWING IN her hair. this is unacceptable customer behavior and it’s definetly a factor REPELLING me from here. i’m never coming here EVER again. overall this place had horrendous customer service, food, behavior, hygiene, and just the whole smell and vibe of the place just repells everyone from here. i spent a deal of time for writing this review and this means it means A LOT to me and my friends who came here looking forward to a great place and a good dinner and all their parents hoping and looking forward to a good time. this means a lot which is why i took the time to write this whole para for you guys because it’s not worth it i hope u guys take this into account and the restaurant does something to change it

so many all you can eat options during the week and any choice on Sunday. recently had the all u can eat fish and shrimp. the fish was perfect as always. crispy outside, firm inside, just the right amount of batter. the shrimp was wonderful, my favorite being the battered. again just enough batter to showcase a meaty and juicy shrimp inside. my favorite all you can eat spot in town. always friendly service. feels like ur eating with family!

Joey's changed there batter we are seniors and to pay that price and go ho.e and we were sick for 2 days don't get me wrong I loved Joey's but why change this when we were happy with the fries being separate from the fish but we were sick ? ?

Me and my friend showed up an hour before they closed and we both felt bad and tried to hurry up so we didn’t keep them past closing. They were amazing and told us not to rush. The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming and kind. Will definitely be coming back, what a good experience ❤️

Great place with lots of variety in food. Many vegetarian options too. The dine in has an amazing ambiance with really polite and helpful staff.

It was the service it was terrible and the place was empty and only a single guy came in the whole time we were there The waitress never even came back to see if our food was ok, our shrimps were cold but the rest was ok…just ok. Our plates were still on the table when we left. We got there at 12:00 and left at 2:00, because we were chatting. No tip for that waitress and I always tip. I will not go back, it has really gone down hill.

We went this place for SADA CHAYE, mainly for me.The current owners are from Gujrat, which is in India.I also wanted a different kind of dish for dinner.. so I chose "Thailand Bowl"

I have never ordered fish and chip and had to pay extra for Cole slaw which was watery and tasteless. Also you advertise fresh cut fries when you serve frozen. And I have never paid $3:50 for a regular tea. We were 4 from different homes and none of us will be back. No need to email owner. We will not be back .
