When you order 40.00 worth of food from someplace and you explain to them you want plates and napkins so you don't have to do the dishes after, then they totally forget the plates and napkins. Do I send it back? Order from someplace else next time? Their is no excuse for this. I even went and made a big deal out of it on the phone. He asked me how many I need it for, my answer was 2! Not a happy customer.
