I’ve always loved Pizza Hut—the food is consistently great, and it’s been a go-to in my family for years. But the service I experienced today was honestly disappointing and upsetting.

Tried to place an online order and after completing the order and trying to pay the page says the North Bay location was closed. We drove to the location and surprise it was open. Staff didn't seem to have a care that the online ordering wasn't working so I don't care to spend a dime of my money at a Pizza Hut again! I've heard nothing but terrible reviews of this location as they apparently opt out of corporate advertised specials as well?! Guess corporate doesn't care about...read full review
