My experience today at the Popeyes on make sure it was great I've been here several times but I decided I would change my order today from the original chicken to the deluxe I wanted to know the difference Sam was great and explaining the difference in the burger and I made the change today with confidence with Sam's knowledge and the difference between the burgers I felt confident in making the change I will return to this location and also was very great and asking if I wanted a biscuit in my order I have never been asked to upgrade my order before I have worked in service before and that is a great quality to have been service to this business Sam is a great employee to this business I don't know Sam at all but I did ask him his name I took the time to write this review and I think that whoever owns this business should take the time to acknowledge him for his hardwork an excellent customer service.great job Sam good job to the people that were the kooks today and the restaurant was also very clean I will return to this location have a wonderful day

Good service hard to read menu bord when it changes but good portion of chicken didn't have breast meat ready when I visited but they said 10 to 15 min wait I said no thanks regular chicken is ok

The restaurant absolutely exceeded my expectations. Delicious food, a calm atmosphere, and genuinely friendly staff Samriddhi Singh has served up one of the best meals I’ve had in a while.

Bad customer server from the guy at the counter.

Always fast service, always greeting us customers with friendly happy but most of all polite and patient service. BUT THE MOST BESTEST OF ALL ABOUT POPEYE’S IS THAT THEY CLOSE AT 4am THE LONGEST RESTAURANT FOR INCREDIBLY AMAZING FOOD & SERVICE!!!
Thank you Popeyes for being open passed midnight, seeing as you guys are Evidently the only ones open in the entire Lakeshore Area. Your the BEST!!!

Had a great experience at Popeyes in North Bay! The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent.

A special thank you to Jenny, the manager, for going above and beyond to make sure we had a great customer experience. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. Highly recommend this location!
