Her great energy and spirit is always so appreciated .. She is always right on point with us for are food and drinks and you don’t get that every where believe me .. I don't wanna be that person but I'm going too, this is a 3 strike ur out situation. Our last 3 visits at Swiss and each time we have had Filomena and each time the service has not been great, once she forgot to put in our appetizer. Second time we sat there for 20mins before she got to us for drinks, the last time my husband asked for a dessert and she came back with our bill. Everytime she seems like she rushing, she seems unorganized and all over the place, forgetting where her card is. I feel like she can't take more then 3 tables or she's stressed. She seems to be a really nice lady, but I feel it's too much for her.

Slowest service ever. And you have to say your order two times, for ordering and for the billing. The food was also not that good.
Order was placed well before pick up time of 1230pm kitchen forgot to make it so had to wait 25 mins as it was lunch time. Excuse to me was kitchen forget. No offer for my inconvenience at all. This was a large order for my office and all the staff had to wait and then rush their lunches or eat it cold as they has appointments. Really disappointed not sure if I would order my $125 office lunch from here again.

I always love coming to Swiss Chalet and the North Bay location is one of the best. It’s so quiet and the food is fantastic. Our server, Filomena, was super sweet and kept checking on us to make sure our time here was enjoyable.
