Went for dinner last night with a party of four service was terrible the waitress was rude she forgot several things like our cutlery drinks she added a free appetizer to our bill. We waited 45min for our meal. The shift manager was not any better she made all kinds of excuses for everything no apology. We have never experienced service like that. The couple that were with us were visitors from out of town and they were surprised by the service We love Swiss Chalet but will Not return. It was May 19. at 7pm. There might have been at the most five tables with customers. Very disappointed!!

Was blessed by a friend who took us out for lunch before a well needed hike. We were greeted by Steven and served by him as well. It’s easy to say that he’s meant to work with the public, super enthusiastic and pleasant. It’s easy to put five stars across the board because of the food service and vibes. In all of my years i have never been so moved by a Swiss Chalet. This location is a perfect embodiment of what the Swiss Chalet name means. Our server Steven has been wonderful and kind, he made sure to get us everything we needed! Thank you for your service Steve.

This Swiss chalet might be the last good Swiss chalet in Canada. They still have Chalet fries, unlike the other ones that have been gentrified within an inch of their life. Steven is the most lovely and reassuring server I’ve ever had at a Swiss chalet. Definitely worth the 400km drive to North Bay. Thanks for going above and beyond, Steve.
