“Great service! I always order in my drinks through the mobile app and the team is always quick to get it made. Only 4 stars because it's almost July and it's so hot in the store. It's a small location and its very uncomfortable to even order so I cannot imagine what workers are going through.“

“Honestly, it's pretty refreshing to visit this location. Over the past 5-10 years, customer service has basically been forgotten about, but a lot of the staff here are friendly, talkative, remember your previous order to ask you if that's what you're getting again, and have fast service. The drive through can move pretty slow, but inside always seems to be consistent. There's an older gentleman with a goatee who is particularly good at this location.“

“This location always has really friendly workers and I've never had an order go wrong here. It can be busy at certain times, being a hub for people travelling in/out of town and commuting, but it always seems to be well-staffed and if there's an extra long order in the drive-thru they'll ask that vehicle to park and bring it out to them to help keep the line moving. Even when it's busy, the employees are polite and often still joking/laughing with each other, which is so nice to see considering how stressful fast food jobs can be. Definitely one of the best Timmies around and worth a visit.“

“This has to be the best one in North bay. The two ladies that work the drive through window in the morning during the week are the best. Always happy and smiling even when the one had a problem with her arm and hand she was still happy and pleasant. They are the best.“

-WHERE is THE GRILLED CHEESE WITH BACON...best thing on the menu and now its gone and replaced by pizza...its tims not a pizza place...will not order pizza. that's my way of protesting...
-will say this is the first time there is an issue except for no more grilled cheese and bacon and that is head quarters problem.....we stop here on the way and back to Timmins...many times year...11 people working...fast service...It's the best Tims we have ever been to!“

“I’m so sick and tired of seeing these people sitting asleep holding a sign for hand outs meaning money they don’t like the food that’s given to them, I’ve seen them throw it out…. Shamful they also spit on your car or hit the window with there signs if you ignore them ….Timmies help this location out!!!!!“

“This is a popular chain donut shop chain in a gas station this tim hortons is one of the ones that actually doesn't mess up your coffee order which is a bonus I enjoy the flat bread pizza the chicken Parm is great its better when you add bacon to it“

“Nov 9th/25 staff on the evening shift did such a great job of handling being short staffed.They were both diligent, caring and did a great job.The amount of preasure they must of been enduring, they kept their cool and composure.Good job Drive Thru gents and rest of the team if anyone was in the back!“
