“extremely busy when we were here, but the staff were so ridiculously lovely and kind and helpful even though one of the customers was being an obnoxious, rude little gnome of a person about her imperfect iced capps.
the food is undoubtedly mediocre because it is a tim hortons, but the people working here were above and beyond amazing despite the constant rush.“
“I do most of my ordering online. My coffee is always made in a timely manner. Properly labeled with 11/2 cream. It’s always fresh and when I pick it up you see friendly customer service all around. Yeaterday I was in and the restaurant looked fantastic . Someone had just cleaned the floor it looked amazing and the smell of freshly made pastries was present. This location is great. Well done staff“
“One of my favourite Tim’s around. Always hit this store on my way home to Sudbury. Safe is friendly and orders are always accurate. My dog Wilbur loves it because they will give odd Timbit to him. Nice to see the new Reno, the owners take pride in their ownership and it shows in there new Reno and friendly staff.“
