“They are always so kind, super polite to myself and my children 👥 very understanding and inclusive when engaging with my son who has autism, they actually talk to him rather then dismiss him no weird looks or awkward stares 💯

“Ethel especially and everyone else are great and super friendly and nice but unfortunately the newer lady at the cash I didn’t catch her name is quite rude and straight up nodded her head no at me when I asked for a simple favour of asking for a pen because mine was out of ink for the survey code :(“

most Tim Hortons ( well all but Sauble beach location) always charge me for a plain Timbit for my dog. Today I came in and the lovely young girl working never charged me as it was for my dog, I greatly appreciate that a ton. I visit Tim Hortons daily and in my own small town they never go over and beyond like this and know I am a frequent customer.
So thank you for spoiling my pup, she was so happy and full of drool 😆“
“I’ve had an amazing experience in this downtown tim Hortans every time I go the cookies taste amazing unlike the other tim Hortans.and the service is also good especially with team member Sapna. Sapna is a good employee who does her job well. She is respectful and serves customers in a professional manner. She works efficiently and helps keep things running smoothly. She stays focused on her work, even when it gets busy. My experiences with her have been good overall. She is a reliable member of the Tim Hortons team. I appreciate the service she provides.☺“
