Went to Owen Sound for driving. Stopped at this Tim Hortons...we were welcome with big smile by staff. Aileen has such a great amazing smile and lot of parients. Thank you Aileen..you made my day.
Unbelievable, I come to this Tim Hortons every weekend. Every single order I’ve got in the last 6-8 months has been wrong and had to be fixed. Drive through, walk in, doesn’t matter. I get new employees can be hard to train but the manager is the one behind the counter making the food orders that are always wrong. Customer service is giving the customer what they order, not rushing through it because they’re busy and the customer being left without what they’ve paid for....read full review
