“I don't typically go to Tim Hortons when I'm home in Toronto because everyone I've been to in midtown Toronto had horriblly slow and rude service.
While visiting Wasaga Beach today, I decided to pick up a sandwich at this location and was pleasantly surprised by the very polite and respectful service. The older lady at the counter was very nice and courteous towards her customers and myself. The young lady that made my sandwich was also very polite and the service was very fast! I don't usually leave positive reviews, but these 2 ladies exceeded my expectations. Bravo!!“
“Always clean when and there always friendly service. That's what counts. I gave it three stars just because it's a pet peeve nothing more. Nothing less but I don't like ordering Boston creams and having them stocked on top of each other in the same bag cuz then the chocolate comes off LOL. Other than that no issues ever there. So so far so good“
“Today I placed an order through the Tim Hortons app. Unfortunately, the delivery driver was rude to the wonderful staff, and as a result, one item from my order was left behind. That said, the in-store team handled the situation exceptionally well. After a great phone call with on-duty management, I was able to safely receive my missing item by reordering. To my surprise, they also included a $10 gift card.
Thank you to the staff and management for your professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. This experience truly reflects what Tim Hortons stands for.“
