Would have been nice to get the whole cookie I payed for. I’m hoping it just fell off in the baking process. The idea that someone bit into the cookie is just to disgusting to think of. Either way I’m not pleased 😢.

In at 11 on a Sunday. During a busy time, having someone with challenges on cash is not a good idea. They misentered orders, lost orders and broke the terminal. 20 minutes later, I got my TWO coffees. 15-20 upset customers standing around, muttering. Not good service!
