“I've never had the privilege of the perfect smoothie bubble tea until I met the weekend dymanic duo that work here.We met them several months ago while my girlfriend and I were on vacation. Tapan and Anmol are amazing and easily put other bubble tea places to shame. They take care in providing the best experience possible; from assisting in choosing a flavour from the vast list of creations, to creating a perfect drink. The craftsmanship in the details effortlessly showcases their care in quality!We hail from around Waterloo Ontario, and our local Gong Cha pales in comparison. Everytime we order locally, we end up with large ice chunks in our drinks. When we visit/vacation in the Wasaga Beach area, we can't go one day without stopping by and savoring our magnificent smooth smoothies!Give these guys a raise!!! (not a paid for endorsement ?). “My in-laws live in Wasaga, so we always stop at this Starbucks when we visit. We have always had very good experiences, and the staff are very kind. However, today, Jackie went above and beyond for us, and we wanted to make sure she gets proper recognition. We pre-ordered two lactose-free beverages and went through the drive-through to pick them up. Jackie apologized profusely and let us know that they had run out of lactose free milk, but that they had sent one of their staff across the street to the store to pick some up. She offered to refund our drinks and asked if we were OK to wait. We told her not to refund them, but that we would wait. I went into the Starbucks to buy a mug, and Jackie continued to apologize despite me telling her that it was more than OK. She went ahead and refunded our drinks, and was very very kind. All of the staff that were working today were incredibly kind and despite being busy, they took time out to apologize to me, and it was very clear that they care about their job and their customer’s experience. I didn’t get the name of the employee who went to the store but he ran in with seven cartons and they quickly had our drinks ready. Having worked in service before, I know how stressful the job can be and how difficult some customers can be. This team seems incredibly lovely. Thank you Wasaga Starbucks!“

“Visited here March 25th around 630pm. Very disappointed in the service. First the server got the order wrong, by the time we got the food to the table, we noticed wrong donut in the bag. We had 2 donuts in the bag, so I took out the correct donut and gave the employee the other donut back, and he threw it, with attitude back in to the bin to be sold again. After I had touched it with my hand!!! He did give me the cookie, which we ordered in the first place. I was shocked. Usually, the donut would have been thrown into the garbage after a customer touches it. So now I'm thinking, how many more times has he done stuff like this today that is customers are not aware of. Anyways, just wanted to make sure this is the Tim Hortons at 45th And Mosley. I'm glad that we have 3 Tim Hortons in the beach, because I will not be coming back here.“
“Wow. This is the most righteous Tim Hortons around other than ballentrae off 48. Friendly staff. Going over and beyond when the Tim Hortons app just simply doesn’t want to work. Keep it up certainly better than the other Tim Hortons in wasaga by walmart without a doubt.They just got steak recently at this Tim Hortons get it in your farmers wrap with bacon(the best combo) or sausage.. absolutely mind blowing!! Total thumbs up.“
“The only place for quality spices and marinades. Jamie's recommendations never dissapoint. I visit the shop most Wednesday afternoons for a coffee and normally leave with much more.I also highly recommend the vac sealed frozen burgers and pork chops. I'll never buy a hamburger anywhere else.“
“Conveniently located next to the rail trail making it a great place for lunch or coffee while cycling. Sandwiches were great, as was the cappuccino and chai lattee. Outdoor patio was a nice attempt, but there is just too much nearby traffic to make it relaxing. Next time I'll eat inside.“
