Tapan and Anmol are amazing and easily put other bubble tea places to shame. They take care in providing the best experience possible; from assisting in choosing a flavour from the vast list of creations, to creating a perfect drink. The craftsmanship in the details effortlessly showcases their care in quality!We hail from around Waterloo Ontario, and our local Gong Cha pales in comparison. Everytime we order locally, we end up with large ice chunks in our drinks. “The staff is amazing, bubbly and kind at this location. They did not hesitate or get annoyed when we asked some questions on how to ask for a drink made a specific way next time and they fixed their one mistake quick and efficiently. They are training their staff very well at this location and we appreciated how kind they where!Vegetarian options: They have loads of options like salads available, if you don't want specific things on it you can ask for it to be removed.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly items on the menu and the staff seems very kid friendly with their bubbly personalities Parking: Parking seemed great and the parking lot itself is in good condition, they also have a E car charging station Wheelchair accessibility: The location is accessible for wheelchairs Dietary restrictions: If you have any dietary restrictions they always have different options available, you can also suggest things they can do and they will tell a higher up your ideas“
