Tim Hortons in Bradford

“This isn't my local Tim Hortons, I only went in because my family and I were making our way out of Bradford, back home. I wasn't a fan of the atmosphere of the restaurant it appeared dirty with trash on the floor and the clientele seemed a little sketchy. However I'm giving a 5 Star Review for the outstanding service we received, by the gentlemen working named Avery. He was so friendly, personable, great attitude and we enjoyed chatting with him. I wanted to make sure that was recognized. Thank you Avery.“

“Service here is good but hit or miss sometimes. Sometimes there's misunderstandings or charges for upgrades and then you don't get the upgrade
The tables are sometimes pretty dirty, I find I have to walk around and find a seat with a clean table and settle for the cleanest one and often have to wipe it with a wipe myself.
A lot of students/teenagers hang out here and sometimes they get rowdy or make rude comments but thats less to do with the restaurant and more of a heads-up.
Food and drinks are pretty solid. It's what you'd expect of a Tim Hortons.
I do wish they were open later sometimes though.“

“The staff is extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming to every customer. You can really tell that they care about cleanliness because the restaurant is always neat, organized, and well maintained. The food is consistently fresh, and the coffee is always hot and tastes great. One thing that really stands out is how fast and efficient the drive-thru service is compared to many other locations. Even during busy hours, the team works quickly to keep the line moving smoothly. I also appreciate how the staff members support each other — whenever the front gets busy, team members from the drive-thru step in to help manage the lineup and serve customers faster. The service is quick, organized, and customer-focused. Of course, small mistakes can happen anywhere, but the team is always willing to improve and handle situations professionally. Overall, this location does an amazing job and definitely deserves a 5-star review!“

“I come to this location almost daily and I am so sad that I am moving north, so will no longer see these lovely faces in the mornings, on my way to work. I used to shy away from coming through the long line ups but once I tried and realized how fast they were, I never stopped!

They are quick, always get my order right and they are all so friendly at the window. The ladies all recognize me as the girl in the white jeep with all the ducks lol
