Even near closing time, they provided excellent customer service and made sure everything was clean and organized. My order was fresh and prepared quickly. When she’s not there (not always )but our order is wrong and we need to go into the store to have it fixed or the line doesn’t move as fast

“I went yesterday looking for this mug. The lovely cashier offered to look in the back for me. It was on a high shelf & had to get some help getting it. She also helped me with a few other items. She definitely went above and beyond. I think any other employee would have just said they didn't have it. Super friendly, professional & personable. Thank you I love my mug.“

“honestly, I think people at this Tim Hortons are super amazing. They have good teamwork fast paced and are super friendly and as I’m reading these reviews, some people say oh they’re rushing you they’re being rude like no they’re not how you gonna come into a restaurant not knowing what you’re ordering that’s not rushing you that’s you being dumb. Some of these workers they’re new they’re still learning and there’s just so many customers who are just so rude about it like yeah they might make your drink wrong but at the end of the day they still remake it for you. One of the workers that I’d like to give recognition to is this Asian worker who is in his teens he gives super friendly services and is pretty quick with what he is doing. “This has been our local Tim hortons since we moved here in 2016. We absolutely love coming here in the morning - Joanne is such a kind soul and a pleasure to deal with.

We intentionally avoid this place in the afternoon / evening. Especially lately, the young man in charge is very rude and standoffish, always looking for a fight. I’d pay double to not have to deal with him.

Highly recommended in the morning. Avoid in the evenings, they simply don’t care about the customers“

For the first time in several years, I discovered an establishment where the portion sizes remained consistent with what they were in the past. I am unsure how this is achievable given corporate oversight, but if it were possible to award a six-star review, you would certainly merit it.“

“We placed an order for the steak and cheese and the ranch chicken wrap these were amazing, the wedges I would not feed to my dog, they were over cooked and inedible in my opinion they actually hurt both mine and my mother's mouth. Ice capps were phenomenal. The young man working at the counter stocking was an absolute gem. The young lady who made our ice capps did a fantastic job especially with the caramel iced capp“

“Nice little Tim Hortons, primarily set up for drive-through service, with only a small indoor serving area and no tables.
As a traveling motorcyclist, I really appreciated that the team kindly let me wait inside to escape the rain. There’s not much seating, although you can carefully perch on the windowsill if needed!
What stood out most was the atmosphere among the staff. You can tell the team works really well together, and there’s a genuinely positive and friendly vibe between them. It’s always nice to see a team that clearly enjoys working together.

“This is my morning drive thru stop to feed my caffeine habit. I pick up the office order and the staff at the drive thru have my regular order memorized and recognize me after a request my first item. They are super friendly and it is a great way to start the morning.“
