“I went yesterday looking for this mug. The lovely cashier offered to look in the back for me. It was on a high shelf & had to get some help getting it. She also helped me with a few other items. “Stopped by at 8:10 in the morning and fastest service I have seen in a while, the drive through line moved very quickly, and they were very efficient taking my order and by the time I made it to the window, which was 30 seconds from ordering, everything was ready for me! Great to have such quick service !“

“I’m new to the area, and this is the closest Tim’s to my house. I have gone a couple times around 7-8 am. Tim’s usually gets a bad rep for its service and food. This one is not one of those. It is completely the opposite, everything I’ve ordered has come correct, my coffee doesn’t taste burnt, my bagels have been double toasted and the cream cheese is actually spread on the bagel like I ask and the service is genuine. Who ever is training these employees is doing a great job, but also to the ladies in the morning working the drive thru 10/10 service. They don’t rush but they’re precise and kind. They know what customer service means and presents it. Keep up the great work. I’ve found a Tim’s I will continue to go too.“

“One of my favourite Tims in the area! I visit almost every day. Yes it gets busy during school season and yes there’s a line but it goes by fast so No loosing points there.
My order is always correct, tasty and well wrapped and I don’t get side looks when asking for extra tissues or even a straw.
One thing worth mentioning is that my coffee always tastes the same!
Staff is welcoming, polite and although very busy they always find the time for a quick chat and a nice comment. Tammy is by far my favourite. I guess what I’m trying to say is that service and quality meet my standards here. Thank you guys.“

“I’ve been visiting this Tim Hortons location since July of last year, and my experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The entire crew is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and hardworking.

Despite the drive-thru being packed with 10–15 cars almost every morning when I stop by for my double-double, they still manage to keep things moving efficiently and always make sure I get my coffee on time. That level of consistency and customer service is honestly rare to see nowadays.

This is by far the best Tim Hortons location I’ve ever visited, and I truly appreciate the entire team for making something as simple as getting coffee such a pleasant part of my day.

One crew member who especially stands out is Cheyndel, who always has a big smile on her face and makes sure nobody waiting for their order feels ignored or unseen. Small gestures like that make a huge difference.

“they are always great with mobile order but i wanted to specify i went by tonight (friday, march 13th) and the woman working was alone (she specified she was alone but not why), she was amazing!! i didn’t see her name and it was very busy so i didn’t want to take up her time to ask. she was making wraps, taking orders and helping mobile order all on her own (i went during a rush) and had us all served in good time! she also had a positive attitude and was kind. thank you!“

“Our usual go to location... we're using drive-thru service as we constantly on the go... very occasional mistakes but nothing serious. ...

Next update - still great location. Latest visit was about 3.5 hours ago. Asked for a 50-pack of timbits, but when brought it home, I was pleasantly surprised - the box was filled to the chin. I guess it's the end of the day, was about 7:30ish pm, so these guys decided to be generous. Thank you, boys! You're awesome. 👍🏻🙌“

Every Sunday morning I come in, the team is always on point. Even when it gets busy, they stay fast, friendly, and organized. Orders are accurate, coffee is fresh, and the service is consistent from start to finish.

My usual order is a large double-double and a bacon breakfast sandwich, and it’s always made exactly right. I even get to have a quick laugh with the person at the window, which makes the whole experience even better.

You can tell the staff work well together and actually care about the customer experience, which really shows.

Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at Tim Hortons. 5 stars“
