Tim Hortons in Cookstown

“I think this may be my first time ever leaving a review for a Tim Hortons, or fast food establishment. But I just had an absolutely amazing experience at this location so I simply had to. I was served by the absolute gem of a barista - Angel. His customer service skills were definitely 11/10! He surpassed my expectations and created a sort of pattern interrupt for the usual lack lustre coffee shop customer service I am used to receiving. He was super friendly, smiley and super easy to talk to. He was training a new employee at the time of my visit and had such a bubbly and cheery presence to him. He was very patient as he explained how to redeem a donut prize that I won through the app from the previous Roll Up season to his new colleague. He still ensured all of my questions were answered and gave out standing customer service. He even congratulated me on my win - such a nice touch. He was lovely and should be considered a strong asset to your team. I am new to the area but would definitely choose this location above any other because of how genuine and sincere he is! “The latte machine was finally working again when I came through and my latte was made perfectly. When I went they were pretty busy but they really made the drive thru move fast. The staff they have working are amazing. It was definitely worth the wait to have my favourite drink back.“
