Whenever I go, they even repeat my order before I start ordering. They make you feel belong to the place. I prefer to buy my food from this location even if I have to travel an extra kilometre.

“What a nice difference from the locations in brampton! There was enough staff on to serve the people who came in, all three of our orders were correct and done well. The dining room was well looked after and kept clean by the staff. My friends and I were very pleased with our visit here.

“Been coming too this location for awhile and will definitely return for a very long time. Very friendly staff. Always clean. Lines get moved pretty quickly and they have never gotten my order wrong and when ive seen people return orders they quickly take it back and fix it with great apologies. Best service ive seen in fast food in a long time. Everyone genuinely seems too love their jobs. Def recommend!“
“I have luved, Timmy's coffee from the time my father bought myself there in the Barrie Tim Hortons, when I was around 19yrs old. My only disappointment is when they cancelled the Dutchy and cinnamon rolls, especially the glazed One's. Leaving me with very few choices other than a 20 pack of mixed Tim Bits.“

Had an issue with the my food order and contacted these managers; they were extremely kind and went above and beyond to remake my order and provide me with a refund for my inconvenience. “I had a disappointing experience with my Chai Tea. The first cup was poorly made, so I asked for it to be remade. Unfortunately, the second one was even worse—it was so watery that it barely tasted like chai.
However, I really want to appreciate Supervisor Saurav. He listened to my concern, personally made a fresh Chai Tea for me, and it tasted much better. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a big difference. Thank you, Saurav, for turning a bad experience into a better one. Tim Hortons needs more supervisors like him.“
