“I had such a great experience at Tim Hortons in Barrie thanks to Carol. You can tell right away when someone actually cares about their job, and Carol is one of those people. She greeted me with a warm smile, was super patient, and made sure everything in my order was perfect. The service was fast, friendly, and honestly made my whole morning better.

It’s rare to see someone bring that much positive energy to their work, especially during busy hours, but Carol handled everything like a pro. My coffee was made exactly right and the food was fresh and delicious.

People like Carol are the reason customers keep coming back. Tim Hortons is lucky to have someone like her representing them. If you stop by this location, I really hope you get served by Carol — she’s amazing.“

“Mostly clean but have had my visits where it could use work...Little cheap with the cream cheese when getting my daily breakfast bagel. STAFF can be hard to deal with at times due to language barrier...Cannot understand what they are saying and have to pardon myself many times... Overall its a decent Location and is better then a lot that I have been to.. .The language barrier seems to be general with most Tims I go to these days......“

“I have luved, Timmy's coffee from the time my father bought myself there in the Barrie Tim Hortons, when I was around 19yrs old. My only disappointment is when they cancelled the Dutchy and cinnamon rolls, especially the glazed One's. Leaving me with very few choices other than a 20 pack of mixed Tim Bits.“

“I visited this Tim Hortons location around 4:00 AM and was truly impressed by the service and preparation. The showcase was fully stocked with fresh donuts, Timbits, and breakfast items, which was remarkable for such an early hour.

There was only one staff member on duty, an Indian girl named Sandy (as I recall), who was efficiently managing all tasks — baking, serving food, and preparing drinks. Despite being alone, she remained professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, even assisting me in selecting the donuts.

I purchased a dozen donuts and some drinks, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. I had also visited two other Tim Hortons locations earlier, but neither was ready with donuts at that time.

Sandy’s dedication, efficiency, and positive attitude truly stood out. Staff members like her deserve recognition for their exceptional service and commitment. #She made my day for Friday morning...“

“Honestly one of the best experiences with the managers, Reecha and Ryan. Had an issue with the my food order and contacted these managers; they were extremely kind and went above and beyond to remake my order and provide me with a refund for my inconvenience. “I have been coming here since they opened this location. It used to be a friendly, happy staff environment but lately it has declined. A side note....if the cashier is going to wear gloves to grab donuts from the case and handle other food items,, they should put them on AFTER handling money, not wear them all shift. It defeats the purpose of sanitation if they never change them. :)“

“Ordered a vanilla iced latte with an Expresso shot. I don't know if something has been changed recently with the Expresso but whenever I get a shot or shots added to a drink, it has been super bitter even though the drink would normally be sweet enough to where no additional sugar is needed. I tried adding sugar to the drink but it doesn't take away the bitterness at all.“
