As a loyal customer of Tim Hortons, I recently had a disappointing experience that compelled me to share my feedback. I needed to go to Barrie today for a couple of reasons. There was Tim Hortons across the street from my first reason so I went for a DUTCHIE ( been missing them for years,) and a cappuccino! My server was pleasant, helpful and efficient. I enjoyed my order there before I headed over to tackle my second reason for going to Barrie. My stop at Tim's was a great mid-morning treat!
