“I came around 8 PM inside this tims and there was a long line because there was only 2 people working, but one of the works was speeding though making the best ice caps I have ever had and the other guy had the best customer service I have had at a tim hortons in a long time. I will definitely be going back to this tim hortons.“
“Honestly one of the best experiences with the managers, Reecha and Ryan. Had an issue with the my food order and contacted these managers; they were extremely kind and went above and beyond to remake my order and provide me with a refund for my inconvenience. They have consistently shown this type of customer service as I've been coming here often . The staff are also very kind and welcoming. Thumbs up to their good customer service!“
