“I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this Tim Hortons! I work in the plaza, so I’m here often, and the staff are absolutely amazing. They are consistently friendly, fast, and reliable, and everything is always fresh and delicious.

What really makes this location special, though, is the people who work here. They know me so well now that they’ll see me walking through the door and already start making my coffee before I even get to the counter. I don’t have to order or ask for anything — they just know exactly what I want, right down to remembering to give me a straw every single time. 😂

One day I came in to grab a coffee for one of my coworkers and realized I didn’t even know his order. I asked the staff, and of course THEY knew exactly what he gets! That pretty much sums up the level of service here.

It’s such a small thing to remember someone’s order, but it genuinely makes you feel appreciated and cared for as a customer. The staff here go above and beyond, and their kindness and attention to detail never go unnoticed. They’ve created such a welcoming atmosphere that it feels like you’re stopping in to see people you know rather than just grabbing a coffee.

Thank you to the entire team for always taking such great care of us. You guys are the best! ❤☕“

“This Tim Hortons is excellent! The service at the counter is always great, and a special shout-out to Sarah for being so friendly and efficient. She really made my morning brighter with her positive attitude. I'll definitely be back more!“

“There's not many tim hortons that I leave reviews for but this one deserves a review. Nicci & Arin went above and beyond serving my wife and I . These 2 individuals should be the Gold Standard when it come to Tim Hortons Customer service. This is the way Customers deserve to be treated. Well Done!.
