My only complaint is the gentlemen that works the drive thru - he’s always miserable and never says anything just hands the debit machine over , ZERO interaction . If you’re gonna work retail be a little bit more happy and engage the customer. Other then that service is a 6/10
This is a great restaurant. Awesome service, very fast.

Tim Hortons provides exceptional service and delicious food, with prompt delivery and great amenities. The menu offers good value, such as the ham & cheese Sammy meal deal with chips, although the quality of the chips can be inconsistent. This Tim Hortons location on Essa Road is convenient and usually quick with orders. The coffee and food are consistent with what you'd expect from Tim’s, making it a reliable stop for a morning coffee or snack on the go. The restaurant has been beautifully renovated with a clean, modern feel, featuring a spacious, open-concept layout that enhances the dining experience. However, the customer service could be more welcoming, as staff tend to be a bit rushed or curt at times. A little improvement in the attitude of the staff would go a long way, but the renovations and friendly, efficient staff make this location stand out.
