“I went to this Tim Hortons on Sunday morning to get a sandwich, but somehow I forgot my wallet and was short on money.
The staff told me that their baker paid the remaining amount on my behalf, without even knowing me or expecting anything in return. Honestly, that really made me feel good.
It’s not just about the money. It’s about the kindness and humanity behind the gesture. They showed that they are genuinely good-hearted people.

“good review: very friendly staff, always happy and chatty, gets most of our orders right, all food is always fresh bad review: can't get a simple tea right large tea TWO bags ONE and A HALF milk (even tho its right on the screen), coffee is always old and always serves the expired coffee before the fresh one, was told today that 2 and a half milk is not a big difference then 1 and a half milk. THEY ALSO SAID THEY WILL NO LONGER REPLACE MY TEA B.C ITS A EVERY OTHER DAY THING. this is NOT what tim hoetons stands for and you would never tell the owners or head office this.... would you?“
“This Tim Hortons seems to be the busiest in Orillia and yet I always get my food and drinks quick and with a friendly smile.
The showcase has always been full or at least half whenever I come and the washrooms are clean.
The staff are friendly and even though they are running around getting all the orders out as quick as possible, they are still polite and friendly.
I come here so often that they know my order and sometimes get it going before I even reach the counter to order! 🤣 They also seem to know their regulars and have a good rapport with the customers. Overall great Tims!“
“This has been my main store for over a decade. The staff is great, the store is consistently clean despite how busy it gets, and the French vanillas are delicious! 🥰

It was great service all workers were very nice had my 4 coffees an 2 muffins ordered an out the door in 5 mins!! “Another of Orillia’s better locations. By far the best service with very easy entering and exiting options. A very good selection of all foods and I honestly do not think I have ever been told they they are out of something I have ordered. Always smiling and pleasant. Enjoy using this location very much.“
“I want to address ongoing issues at this Tim Hortons location. Despite being a loyal customer, I repeatedly receive incorrect food orders. Three times now, always the same thing. I have requested extra mayo on my sandwiches, paid for it because extra mayo is an extra cost, but then somehow I receive sandwiches without any mayo. 🤔. After contacting the store, I was promised a manager's call, but I never heard back. Due to this, I will be going to a different Tim Hortons from now on. New up date Jann the the manager of that location gave me a call this morning and wow, she was very apologetic. Let me know that she is going to make it right.“
“Customer service , the atmosphere, and the food is hands down the best you could ask for because these people go that extra mile. Best Timmies in Ontario. (Personal opinion). They have a smaller store but they still bring the real deal to the table.!“
