This place is awesome
Always the best customer service! The staff are always on point! Overall it’s the best Tim’s in orillia an area ! I would recommend it to everyone an anyone who loves there coffee done right! ;)
The Tim Hortons at this stop has always been fantastic. The food is always fresh and service is always with a smile!
The selection is a bit more limited, just because it's a smaller venue, inside of a gas station convenience store, but they still have plenty to appease just about everyone.
I have never had a complaint for this location. Thanks for bringing a smile and a friendly face along our travels!

Micaela and Sophia stand out for their professionalism and warm demeanor, making visits enjoyable. The food comes out super quick and always tastes fresh and delicious, with items like freshly baked wraps and Timbits adding to the menu. However, parking can be challenging and stressful, especially during busy times. The location sits at a very busy intersection, making entry and exit a bit difficult, and the layout of the parking lot can feel confusing. There’s also a gas station on the same lot, which adds to the traffic and reduces available parking spaces. The menu now includes non-dairy milk options, although vegan choices are limited. Enjoy an iced coffee with non-dairy milk, but be prepared for possible issues with digital gift cards. Overall, this location is great for a quick stop, though it may not be ideal for a relaxed coffee break.
