Tim Hortons is a 24/7 restaurant with plenty of parking spaces around the back of the building. The staff is friendly and provides good service, and the manager is particularly nice. The food and drinks are consistently good, although some customers have experienced errors with their orders, especially during busy times. The menu could use more options without tomatoes to accommodate dietary restrictions. Tim Hortons remains a popular spot, especially for traditional donuts, double-double coffee, and delicious wraps.
The employees are doing their absolute best, and they care about their job. The Timbits are always delicious, and the staff are culturally diverse. However, the location can get very busy and loud, and the employees are sometimes understaffed and overworked.
