Disapointed the On Route's don't accept the loyalty cards and only carry 1/2 the items the rest of the stores carry.

I ordered a bacon sandwich, but I got sausage instead. I had to walk 250 metres in the rain just to get it exchanged, so I think you need to pay more attention to your orders.
When I came back, I noticed several flies flying around the coffee machines. I believe the place is lacking proper hygiene.
