Went to 3 different Tim Horton’s in Barrie, Ontario looking for my favourite donut and apparently the Chocolate Toasted Coconut has been discontinued in Barrie. Just bought some the day before in North Bay and Huntsville. What is going on in Barrie???

This has been my go to Tim’s for almost 6 yrs now.. in the last couple of weeks the service has been extremely slow, unfriendly and orders have been wrong.. I always order the steeped tea in the morning and have been given two coffees two days in a row. I’m noticing new faces and am wondering if these individuals have not been trained properly for a fast paced location. I hope things improve in the near future for sure.

I buy hash-browns every morning from Tim Hortons not just this one but every time I get them from this Tim’s they taste funny like artificial bacon I’m not sure if there cooking them with bacon or what but it’s definitely not pleasant.
