Tim Hortons in North Bay

“Great service! I always order in my drinks through the mobile app and the team is always quick to get it made. Only 4 stars because it's almost July and it's so hot in the store. It's a small location and its very uncomfortable to even order so I cannot imagine what workers are going through.“

“Today i went to tims today i genuinely enjoy this tims lovely staff, but something i wanted to bring attention to is unfortunately there was a lady in the front entrance and she was on a substance and was struggling to keep on her feet. I know in north bay that is an unfortunate site people see. But with that i think you need to train your staff on what to do in those situations cause clearly they were uncomfortable and not sure what to do i don't blame them in the slightest for it. I ended up calling someone to come check on the lady im not sure if anyone showed up but again please educate your staff for future situations.“

“I love going to this Tim Hortons. I love the welcoming environment of this Tim Hortons . Old lady who takes the order is amazing . On drive thru the manager is best. He always have a great smile on his face . My day starts from iced coffee from this Tim Hortons. My only favourite Tim Hortons in the town .“

-person taking orders had a hard time understanding what we wanted and he didn't know the product
-WHERE is THE GRILLED CHEESE WITH BACON...best thing on the menu and now its gone and replaced by pizza...its tims not a pizza place...will not order pizza. that's my way of protesting...
-will say this is the first time there is an issue except for no more grilled cheese and bacon and that is head quarters problem.....we stop here on the way and back to Timmins...many times year...11 people working...fast service...It's the best Tims we have ever been to!“

“I’m so sick and tired of seeing these people sitting asleep holding a sign for hand outs meaning money they don’t like the food that’s given to them, I’ve seen them throw it out…. Shamful they also spit on your car or hit the window with there signs if you ignore them ….Timmies help this location out!!!!!“

“This is a popular chain donut shop chain in a gas station this tim hortons is one of the ones that actually doesn't mess up your coffee order which is a bonus I enjoy the flat bread pizza the chicken Parm is great its better when you add bacon to it“

“My service here was fantastic. The staff were super attentive and it was by far the best service I have ever had at a Time Hortons. They made a small error on my wrap (I accidentally ordered the wrong item, completely my fault) and they fixed it, as well as made it super large to apologize, even though it was my error. They were truly fantastic workers and this location is lucky to have them“

“Every day, multiple times a day, I am at this location. I am always served with a positive attitude and lots of smiles! It's my fav location mainly because of amazing people like Diane, Sherrie, Roland, and even young Riley. I look forward to my timms runs at the trout lake location ❤️“
