I visited the Tim Hortons at 25 Lakeshore North Bay and experienced multiple issues. I was given the wrong change several times, and when I went on my lunch break to grab a meal, I couldn’t wash my hands because the keys to the guest bathroom were locked up and hidden.
Koodos to the employees. Witnessed them dealing with a “total ray of sunshine” guy today who was over the top rude and obnoxious, giving them a hard time. They handled it with poise and politeness. Way to go 😊
