Staff is rude and ignorant just like the owner. They tell you that you have to tell the kitchen that you are here. Yet you are standing under the online sign. Very dirty place. Avoid at all costs
Waited 10min In drive through when we were the only customer for 2 simple beverages. This has happened several times. Don’t use drivethrough if in a rush!
Tried to find an alternative to Tim Hortons. Ordered a coffee and a breakfast wrap. Came up to double the price then Tim Hortons. $18.53!!
After waiting 9 mins, I was going to be late for work so I called into the store to tell them I’ll come back for my refund later and the lady said she was on her way out to give it to me.
Opened the box and this puny little wrap was in there. It’s smaller than Tim Hortons and double the price and triple the wait time.
