We visited this restaurant during evening walking. We ordered ssam bap (쌈밥), which is a traditional authentic Korean dish with small dishes together. The meal is prepared well, clean and delicious with good mannered services. How i haven't noticed this restaurant!! We will visited again.

First, I’m admitting the food is decent. Then, let’s talk about service. For the record, this is at around 1-2pm, 1/11/2025. The one and only lady server was serving us. I was late so that when I arrive, my other friends were almost done with 2 rounds of side dishes(3 small plates each round), we asked for another round, and she rudely refused us. We ordered 5 main total, I don’t understand why when there ware two ppl, they could order two rounds of side dish and the four of us could only have the same. My friend told me when they started to order, the server was impatient, they were hesitating for a couple sec whiling ordering, the server was very impatient and said “call me again when you are ready”. When we asked for the bill, she came and asked “how was everything?” We were pretty surprised, she did not realize we were pretty unhappy for the service. If you don’t mind being given attitude, please come. Regardless of how good the food is, we are not coming back. I’d rather it’s all self serve. If she’s the owner or representing the owner, I have nothing to say. If she’s just a server, please let her know. Terrible, terrible service.

I ate meat bibim noodles and ssambap. The taste was okay, but the amount of meat noodles was very small. Usually, I can't eat the entire portion at other restaurants, but here I was hungry even after eating a whole bunch.

Favorite restaurant… There is no place in Canada where soup tastes so good. And not only the pork soup but also the side dishes are really... They're all alive. Stir-fried kimchi, seaweed stems, and odeng are served just like this. You really can't miss every single one. Haha. Everything is delicious. The side dish has a very spicy taste, but it goes well with the white rice soup. My aunt’s cooking is the best... 🤍 + But I also tried kimchi stew and it wasn’t that good. My friend said that ssambap is delicious, so I hope you try the guaranteed pork soup and ssambap first!
The Korean sausage was delicious and flavourful. The side dishes were good. The kimchi was perfectly seasoned.
The Bulgogi Ssambap combo was plentiful in fresh veggies (lettuce, perilla leaves, and boiled cabbage) to make lettuce wraps with the bulgogi and rice. The bulgogi was savoury and delicious. The mini soybean and tofu stew was savoury and tasty. It was just a good flavourful stew.
The Jeju Style Pork Noodle Soup hit that spot for a really good umami soup with savoury pork slices and delicious noodles with great texture.

First time went to this restaurant, I placed order spicy noodle with skate wings, well spicy level with nicely cooked noodle. Moreover, side dish was super fresh. Overall,food was above decent level evnthough skate wing was little hard. As regards of service, she did not check up table but everything was prepared well no need to call server before I pay. It seems to go to counter when I ready to pay. I was waiting in front of counter to pay a bill. But she let me wait awhile before she finished her serving to next customers. Meanwhile I was standing in narrow hall. Finally she was ready to help me, I would like to pay by credit but she asked me "debit?". I was ridiculous because there was no pre caution of payment rule. However, I liked this food and price was reasonable this issue kind of understandable. I might go next time to eat busan style pork soup.
