Have you ever been hassled to give a quarter when paying cash? No one was behind me and it looked like they he just finished preparing a previous order. Some times, I got a sandwich or a wrap but most times, I got for a drink or a snack. Any time I ordered those smaller snack or drink items, the service seemd more cold. But just because I didn't count my change fast enough the guy gets annoyed at me. Yeah, never going back.

Just tried Cafe Saggio and had a great steak sandwich. It was very juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Great spot, friendly vibes, and definitely worth coming back for more.

Just went there to grab a quick bite couldn’t be happier with the service, very fast and very nice service, the food was amazing and it was also very clean and a very charming place you could tell that the food was made with love and passion. If you’re on a budget this is a great place for you personally I will definitely be coming back absolutely loved it

I will never return, even though if you have friendly service the food sucks, I’ve given them multiple chances but this is it. I bought a turkey club sandwich there was only two slices of turkey all I tasted was bread and butter and bacon, how is it a turkey club with only two slices of turkey.
And to reply to your reply : telling me you’re using the same recipe from the previous owner or the slices are thin; it’s all excuses.
Maybe it’s time to change; if you’re following someone else’s recipe. Maybe no one is complaining because they rather not and just not return, so you won’t get a feed back. You have to look at the numbers of sales and change your menu accordingly. Having many options may not be good for your menu keep it small and simple sell the item that has the most sales. There are times when I come for food the food is cold or hard as its been sitting there for hours from the morning. I’m a regular customer I work near by, this is really disappointing specially I have been returning back
Anyway below is how a traditional way to make a turkey club sandwich:
Bottom Slice: Spread with mayonnaise.
Middle Slice: Mayonnaise is often spread on this slice as well
Top Slice: This slice is typically placed mayonnaise-side down on the sandwich.
Ingredients: Layer lettuce, tomato, bacon, turkey, and cheese between all the bread slices.

Disappointed, under new ownership, most of everything is kept the same but the food is bland and really small portions, I bought the bulgogi beef with rice and broccoli. Really disappointed will not return. For a 17 dollar meal, I’m still hungry!
