the best meal prep I've had to date! They accommodate every wish, my meals are always lactose free, servings are massive, everything taste amazing, and so healthy! my macros are happy, my tummy is happy, my scale is getting happy haha. must tries: kefta and jerk chicken. you will not be disappointed!
This was my first time ever trying a meal prep plan and let me tell you I was blown away at how tender and juicy their proteins turn out. My favourites are the flank steak and mushroom burger and orange rosemary chicken. Their portions are of a good size you wont be left hungry. Give it a try, you wont regret it .
This was recommended to me by my sister, and let me tell you I will never go back to prepping my own meals. The food tastes good, the servings are large, and the customer service is great. DS. MealPrep is really flexible with your sides too so I basically get a customized meal plan every week for an affordable price. You can’t go wrong when you order from them!
