Wrote my first review for years ago, it is still one of my absolute favourite places in the area and always excited when I’m in the area to come to Cali Mexican Grill! !!! One of my favourite spots! Always stop in and get something delicious, fresh and good valued when I’m in the area. Will always go back!

Been ordering from here for about a year or two now, one thing I loved about this place was the green salsa! But I guess they switched to red salsa, which is okay but not as good as the green salsa. Tonight I ordered from here and actually got marinara sauce as my “salsa.” My friend and I smelled and tasted it and it’s definitely just tomato/pasta sauce. Kinda disappointing :(

During the day, Cali Mexican Grill is a culinary rockstar— the Steak Bowl is bursting with vibrant flavors and fresh nachos would make you not want to buy chips from anywhere else. It's a midday fiesta that’ll have your taste buds dancing.
But come nightfall, it’s a different story. The same dishes turn stale and lifeless, making you wonder if the kitchen closed up shop early. That bold steak bowl become a sad shadow of their former selves.
So, if you want to experience brilliance on a plate, hit this place for lunch. After dark? You’re better off finding a sad diner.

The service was great. The restaurant had some nice seating. The food had lots of options for toppings. The taste itself felt bland. I usually like my food with alot of spices and flavour but this didn't feel like it lived up to that level. Would like to try a different dish to compare.

I always get burritos here, so good. I highly recommend their food.
Ownership was playing around on her phone filming content while the line was almost out the door. Staff was stressed. The owner proceeded to film customers in the store without their consent and when asked not to film she responded that she was only filming their back… she didn’t seem to appreciate the error and utter disregard for someone’s privacy and not wishing to be filmed while eating a burrito. Do better and help your staff.
