Yu Ki Reviews
This place has been around for as long as I can remember (over 20 years, maybe even over 30?). I'm glad they survived Covid! The hwae dup bup is the best in the city. I also love their chirashi.
Toronto's most underrated food
We had takeout and it was so good. Subtle delicious well portioned sushi and sashimi. It was more than a cut above from most Siushi in Toronto. This felt like there was real heart and care in each piece. Highly recommended.

Yu Ki is a long-standing sushi restaurant known for its authentic and excellent food. The menu offers a variety of fresh, delicious sushi, including special rolls and sashimi. The miso soup is flavorful, and the mango and green tea ice cream are delicious. The staff is kind and provides good service. While the small space offers a cozy atmosphere, the meals are reasonably priced, and the quality and consistency have been maintained. The restaurant also serves amazing Japanese and Korean food, including fried chicken, in a clean and cozy setting. Customers often enjoy sashimi platters, sushi lunch, and chicken teriyaki lunch, with many noting the good quality of the fish and affordable prices. Signature dishes like the Yorkdale roll, which is similar to a deep-fried dynamite roll, are especially popular. The atmosphere is 20+ years old but remains clean and comfortable, making it a favorite spot for those seeking a cozy place with a wide variety of options.
