Chaska Indian Street Food offers an authentic Indian dining experience with vibrant flavors and a diverse menu. The chaat, kebabs, and naan roll special are particularly delightful. The cozy ambiance, friendly staff, and Punjabi music create a charming atmosphere that transports customers to the streets of India. Customers praise the fresh, flavorful food, especially the Chicken Tikka, Malai Boti Paratha rolls, and chicken manchurian paratha roll. The Butter Chicken Rice Bowl and Butter Chicken Naan Roll are also popular choices, with the rice bowl being very good and complemented by cucumbers and onions. The naan rolls are super fluffy, meshing well with the butter chicken. The chai is highly recommended, described as amazing and one of the best, with refillable glasses and a good vibe from the desi songs played.
The staff is extremely nice, well-organized, and understanding, providing phenomenal customer service that makes every visit enjoyable. They ensure that portion sizes are satisfactory, enhancing the overall experience. Customers have mentioned areas for improvement, such as the seasoning on the masala fries and the addition of chutneys for the pani puri. Despite these minor drawbacks, Chaska at York Lanes remains a top spot for authentic Indian flavors, offering consistently fresh dishes full of rich spices in a warm, lively setting. Overall, Chaska has potential and is worth a visit, with good food and a good experience that invites customers to explore the rest of the menu.
